About
Good communication solves problems.
I’ve always been a problem solver.
And my favourite problem to solve is “How do I communicate this so people remember it? So people are interested in it?”
I help business, founders and individuals (people) to say what they need to say, in the right way, to the right audience.
That report you don’t know how to talk about? That bit of news you can’t figure out how to communicate? That experience you want to discuss in a job interview?
I can help with all of that.
And I will help in a way that is useful, human and makes your life easier.
Like I say, I help solve problems with good communication and good humour. That’s why I set up Dulse Communications.
I’m Paige Crosbie, I am Dulse Communications. If you would like to take all the pain out of marketing or want to learn to communicate in a way that is fun, kind and right for who you are, give me a shout.
Experience
Working World
I work in London, mostly with support organisations for the performing arts sector in the UK. That includes BAPAM (British Association for Performing Arts Medicine), PiPA (Parents and Carers in the Performing Arts), Music Leaders Network and Tamara Gal-On. I have also worked in the sustainability and femtech space - I love science communication.
I spent three years in Irish Heart Foundation working in fundraising, training and communications, specifically email marketing and face to face fundraising. If you or your loved one has something wrong with their heart, go call IHF, they are also, incredible.
I trained as a communications trainer at the Communications Clinic, Dublin. If you’ve a crisis you need to communicate in the best way possible, go call them, they are incredible.
The majority of the rest of my working life has revolved around amazing small businesses in Kinsale like Koko Chocolate, Kinsale Leather, FoodU and Daisy Chain. Minding your customer is everything in these businesses and it’s what I love. It’s why I set this up. I want small businesses and great people in to thrive.

Ali - One to One Interview Skills Training
“A couple of years ago I had an interview for a scholarship that would allow me to leave my job and study for a mid-career Masters in America. Before the interview, I felt nervous for many reasons: the scholarship was competitive, the stakes felt high, and I struggle in an interview setting to both talk about my achievements and present answers clearly and confidently.
I contacted Paige. And I'm so glad I did - the process was transformative. Paige combines enormous warmth and emotional intelligence with both vision and practicality - consequently, rather than offering generic advice and guidance, her service is authentically tailored to bringing out the best in who you are as a person. Paige taught me so much, but a key and foundational lesson was how to answer questions clearly - without losing my personality.
The interview went well. I felt much more confident going in than I had in previous interviews, and I was offered the scholarship. I really attribute this success to Paige, and would most definitely work with her again when preparing for an important interview or public speaking event. Although my training with Paige was a couple of years ago, I still hold onto the sense of confidence and self-belief that she instilled in me.”
Larger Third Sector Organisations
I worked in the Irish Charity sector for three years, half that time during the pandemic. Charities are complicated places, there is always a push and pull between the cause and the fundraising. It was clear that there was a disconnect between our fundraising and our cause. Setting up regular meetings between the people on the front line and our fundraising team was my first solution. Our team was more connected to why it matters that someone ran a 10k or that someone took part in an online fundraiser. It was a simple solution that had a big impact on our communications without tonnes of meetings or presentations.
Niamh - One to One Interview Skills Training
“Paige has a unique and striking ability to coach you through the interview process; initially listening intently to my experiences and my style of discussing them, drawing out the key skills and applicable experiences I had within these, and finally coaching and refining my ability to discuss these in a focused and impactful way.
I was impressed with Paige’s ability to reflect on mannerisms in my communication and coach me to strengthen my verbal communication. Paige is clearly a compassionate person who works in a strengths based way, to bring out the best in her clients. She made me feel comfortable from the get go and I was able to challenge myself in the space she created. It also assured me that I could use the skills I learned for my interview, while still feeling like myself and helped me manage interview related anxieties.
I owe huge thanks to Paige for my successful interview and know that the skills I learned will continue to be useful as I move through my career.”
