What is Dulse? How do I pronounce it? I don’t want to call you in case I get it wrong.

Dulse (aka dillisk or dilsk) is a seaweed that grows in the northern Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. It’s been used as a food and medicine in Ireland for centuries because it’s highly nutritious. In mediaeval times, dulse on a rock was said to be “as valuable as a cow”. I will let you decide whether that’s true or not in my case.

It’s pronounced duhls. What does this have to do with communication? Not much really. But it’s a good name.
